Transcription: The image options box will appear. Some people still surf the web at 256 colors, so you should probably leave the 8-bit color depth option checked. The palette option can also stay on import. All this means is if you were to save your images in Photoshop as 8-bit files, but then save them using the adaptive palette, you can import that color palette for director to work with. Otherwise, if your images weren't already 8-bit, you could let director dither them for you by checking the dither box. In this case, we will be leaving the default boxes checked.
